Brian Zmich is a hands-on developer, operator, and entrepreneur with a proven record of transforming RV parks, campgrounds, and hospitality assets into thriving destinations. As the founder of RV Park Advisors, he partners with owners of small to mid-sized parks to improve operations, attract capital, and create long-term value through redevelopment and strategic management.
Brian has personally developed and operated multiple RV parks, including Pisgah Forest RV Park — a ground-up project he led through design, permitting, development, and operations — as well as McIntosh Manor RV Park and Land of Waterfalls RV Park, both of which were purchased as distressed properties. Under his direction, these parks were revitalized through upgraded booking systems, improved site layouts, expanded amenities, and enhanced landscaping that travelers truly appreciate.
Beyond the RV industry, Brian is the founder of several successful ventures, including Tampa Bay Tiny Homes and Little House Studios, focused on innovative small-space living and design; Zmich Recruiting Group, a national staffing and recruiting firm; and a kayak rental business that merges outdoor adventure with hospitality.
Driven by integrity, creativity, and results, Brian continues to build companies that elevate guest experiences, strengthen communities, and deliver sustainable growth across the Southeast.
Hunter Chandra is an entrepreneur, investor, and operator with deep experience in finance, business development, and scaling high-growth ventures. As a Partner at RV Park Advisors, he focuses on identifying underperforming RV parks and campgrounds with strong upside potential, leading repositioning efforts that blend smart capital deployment with modern operational systems.
Before joining RV Park Advisors, Hunter built a diverse career spanning finance, technology, and global supply chain operations. He began at Raymond James Financial, rotating through commercial lending and asset management before joining Accenture, where he helped grow millennial asset engagement for Charles Schwab. Hunter went on to found Hathaspace, an air purification brand he scaled to over $100M in revenue, leveraging early Bitcoin investments to bootstrap global expansion and manufacturing partnerships in Asia.
At RV Park Advisors, Hunter combines his analytical mindset, financial acumen, and operational leadership to help transform small and mid-sized RV parks into thriving, profitable assets across the Southeast — aligning perfectly with the firm’s mission to bring new life, capital, and efficiency to independently owned parks.
